Ha yes, just to **** me off my car left me stranded at Starbucks...now, it is at the mechanic's getting a new ignition lock, if he could find one. But yeah, he has no idea how much this will cost. Has this ever happened to anyone? This is on a 1996 Audi A4, btw.

 

did you try turning the steering wheel back and forth while turning the key?

 

Word, you have to jiggle the steering wheel and then the key will turn. This is a common accurance in most vehicles. Get that shiz

 

haha i hit my knee on mine when i'm getting out and it locks quite frequently..
