how do i get rid of this flashing light.

i want to know too, the putting the key in the ignition and turning it one click and holding the button down doesnt work for my 98 A4?

push in and hold the trip reset button while the car is off, then turn the car on, it'll display service oil.

pull out the other button (the one on the left that changes the clock) until oil changes to ---

push in the trip reset again, it'll then change to service insp.

pull out the other button again until it says ---
