Soak every nut and bolt with WD40 the night before you do the install. Remove the passenger front wheel and the CV axle heat shield to access cat to DP bolts. Trick on of your friends into helping you. Have Band Aid's ready for you knuckles and some cold beers for when you get done enjoy.

soak all the nuts with pb blaster (works better than wd40) and prepare to curse a lot. the tp/dp bolts are a biatch to remove. best way i found was to get them from underneath the car with a socket-8" extender-and a flex joint at the end. its hard to generate enough torque to get the bolts loose tho (hence the reason for the pb blaster)

Since my cat/dp bolts were completely rusted, I found it easier to disconnect the downpipe/cat from the rest of the exhaust and then mavuever down it to where I could reach the cat/dp bolts better. I also had to use a grinder b/c the bolts just would not budge.

Good luck..

I'd rather pay a dude like 20 bucks at some grudge shop to do the dirty work... haha

Seems like a huge pain
