Interior Lights Brightness Flickering
Hey Guys,
I was on my way home from a friends house tonight and about two miles from his house I noticed that my interior lights would randomly decrease to about 50% brightness and stay that way for about 30 seconds or so and then go back to full brightness.. however once I got on the freeway they stayed bright the whole time and continued to stay bright once I got off the freeway. Any ideas as to why this would be happening? My car is under a warrenty for a few more years but I dont want to have to take my chip out to take it to the stealership if its an easy fix!
Thanks in advance
BTW car details and mods are in the sig

Well it does not seem to be related to throttle at all, but seems to go away once the engine is REALLY warm, I.E. after highway drives etc.. Any ideas on how to diagnose the problem?
Lights might bogg down sometimes when the AC or Heat is turned on, atleast they did in my old car. Do you have a lot of accessories on in the car? Alternator could be going out, keep an eye on your voltage.
its definately battery voltage. and the reason they seem to stay bright after its "warm" is cuz the alternator powers your battery as u drive. when u stop, the alternator stops powering ur battery... it sounds like ur alternator is week. maybe ur battery is dying...idk...
i have this problem cuz of my 4000 watt system, lol
