stock on a b6 was 9-10 sometimes 11lbs, holding 7-8lbs... APR 1+ flash, = 22/24lbs spike holding 19-20lbs 
you only need 3-5 minutes cool down.... i ran mine hard all the way home last night with vagscope on and my EGTs were in the 800c, and the turbo and mani where bright red... i let it run for 4 minutes and it was down to 400c which is as low as it will get during the summer idling...
