If you got the pc-16 file, you should be using 310cc injectors and a 3bar fpr, or if you have an adjustable fpr set it at 2.7bar. If you just got the k04 giac file stock injectors and a 5bar fpr. Your old n75 valve, did you toss it around or drop it at all? Otherwise find someone with a VAG or buy one if you plan on doing anymore engine work. I don't believe you can get the j31 file for ndbw. Im sure most of you said what i did, but it didn't sound clear to me.

problem solved boys ....................... it was those shitty *** denso plugs i put in a month ago, dubwerks said it was spark related so i took the densos back to autozone and they didnt have any plug to replace em with so i just put in my old plugs and it boost all the way up with no prob. im still going to get new plugs but untill then these will have to do. i need to get a vag com and clear the codes also. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS as this has been driving me nuts for the last few days.
