Hey all!

So my Key FOB remote stopped working the other day. Thought it was batteries so I went to Radio Shack and replaced the two litium ions for about $11.00.

I only have one Key FOB..a valet..and the plastic back up key

So I tried to reprogram using the faq tech link but no luck

How can I reprogram my remote?? Anyway to do it with the VAG or otherwise without getting the "rubber glove treatment" from the dealer?

 

anyone?? I searched but no avail....

put your key in the ignition and push the buttons
