ok in the silver bullet my "BRAKE" light loves to stay on even if im on the highway. now ive noticed that when the car is cold the light stays on while accelerating but goes off when the pedal is released. heres where you come in, i have some idea of what it may be but it seems everybody forgets something so here they are.

Maybe a short in the cluster. this is a possibility but it doesnt seem very probable.

maybe a short in the e-brake sender

maybe the e-brake is really on. j/k maybe the brake is not relesing completly

look connection of some sort some where
