Default Little grind when first going forward

Hello,
New to the forum (and to Audi, bought 03 A4 in Dec). Anyway when I first take off, I don't mean fast either (5-10mph), I mean just release the clutch, I hear a small grinding noise. This only happens if the car has been sitting for awhile (1/2 hr or more). After the first grind I do not hear it again, until I let my car sit then drive it. Its not my shifting or anything, it grinds after the clutch is released. Any ideas?

Thanks

It still under warranty..... take it to the stealership. can you feel it through the pedal or under your seat or anything?

Could it be a sticky handbrake? Maybe it is sticking a bit when its left standing?

I wanna know ........ How did that dog turd end up looking like it came out of a MR whippy ice cream machine? My dog just does a huge clump of **** that you could lay the foundations of your house on.

I get the same noise. I have traced it to the e-brake.

I went and had a play with my handbrake.... I couldn't get a grind I could only get a hesitation. Do you feel it through the pedal? Like a shudder?

Anyway, no ideas on the dog turd issue? Anyone?
