How can u tell your Mass air flow sensor is going bad?
i dont have any codes, but id like to know to eliminate it as some possibilitys of my detonation and power surging issues.

ya no codes, but i have a friend whos MAF was bad but he was getting codes but nothing that said MAF, they were just ignition coil codes, he changed the coils and still had problems untill he changed his MAF.

when mine went out, i went practicly into limp mode, and i did have a CEL.
the maf is concidered part of emissions so its warranty doest expire till like 88k miles or something like that.
