Muffler Dipped + Engine Light On

Muffler Dipped + Engine Light On
I was inspecting the back of my b7 S4, and i noticed that the passenger muffler was dipped about half-an-inch from the fram more that the the drivers side...
As well my enginge light turned on after my last oil change.
It has only 45,000 k
Its an 06 model.
