six bolt was the number of bolts that hold the flywheel to the engine. the 6 bolt came in pre 95 cars the 95-99 had the seven bolt motors. the seven bolt were prone to crankwalk if you start to modify them. crank walk is where the crankshafts sifts a little and causes the engine to lock forever

 

Oh mine was the 6 bolt then, I knew to stay away from the 95+ crank walk prone motors. My car did once, however, sucumb to the infamous transfer case lockup. Has anybody ever pulled their e-brake at 80 miles per hour? Thats what its like when your transfer case blows up! REAR WHEELS JAM. there were 2 strips of rubber around 300 feet long. Good times! Peices of garbage! I HATE that the 300C is winning awards... chrysler is garbage. My doors were falling off! Windows wouldnt open, sunroof leaked, interior peices were breaking every day... wow. Never again. Germans know their stuff.

haha, yeah it was a party for sure! I wasnt even driving, it was my dad! He hated that car more than I did... which is scary, if you could understand my hatred for it. However, in the snow, it was a lot of fun, more fun than my audi, simply because it was faster, lighter, and I didnt care if i rolled it 12 times.
