need help! is my engine blown?
I have a B5 A4 with the 1.8t and a K04 turbo. I live in cny and we got out first decent snow last night. some friends and I decided we were going to do some drifting. I drove about a half hour to our spot and as soon as I pulled in, I was in second gear got on the throttle to kick it out and it started to spit and sputter bad and I had a large cloud of white smoke behind me.... no it wasn't snow. the car died out and now won't even turn over. there aren't any oil leaks or fluids anywhere on the ground. I'm new to.the Audi world and am absolutely lost on what it could be/what I should do. please help!

pretty much this
obviously something is broken. it could be a number of different things.
you really haven't provided enough information for us to do a diagnosis. a priority should be to scan for codes. was your "white smoke" a water/coolant type smoke cloud or was your "white" more of a bluish oil type cloud?
good luck

I'm pretty sure it was more of a white like coolant/water smoke. A couple people have told me it sounds like a head gasket. I'm just confused because there isn't anything leaking and the car won't turn over.

it is rare for a head gasket to just "go" like that. not necessarily out of the question but there are other things that could be giving you problems ie: blown turbo.
does it seem like the engine is trying to turn over, just not catching? or are you just getting nothing? any sounds/noises normal/abnormal?

The first click all of the bells and lights come on, as soon as you turn to start it just dies and there's just one click, I think its just the starter clicking. Would the turbo being blown not allow the engine to even turn over?
