record a conversation.. make sure to get name and everything and talk about the belt.. if he says something very stupid again you can have documentation from audi dealership that is not correct way to fix... show them ur evidence.. tell them to pay up or you sue for additional things (figure some stuff). May not work.. but then you have good evidence in court..
