Diesels, I wana get one also. However I will convert it into Biodeisel Hybrit. Just for fun. I wana get audi 1.9TDi and put there 20HP electric motor, thats 15000Wats or 15KW.
with 120V system thats 10Battaries I will need 125Amps to drive an hour. so regular battery has 300amps so I will be able to drive with extra 20HP for around 2 to 3 hours.

Now regular battery can hold strong for like 5 years, and cost like 25buks so I will pay 250buks for batteries an 50buks a year.

audi 1.9TDi has 90HP so the total increase is 22%

In civic hybrit has base of 110 HP and 20 HP so total increase is 18%

so which hybrit will get better milage?

and its farelly cheap to do also.

 

My Audi 1.9 TDi is the 110bhp version anyway. I wouldnt recommend the 90!
