Oh, I have another question. My A/C unit works kinda strange sometimes. It is like 100 degrees here is Texas, and the car seems to have trouble deciding to turn on the compressor. I have the controls set to "AUTO" but sometimes the cool air doesn't come on, so I have to take it off auto and play around with the controls. Are these things known for having buggy A/C controls?

you mean it stops blowing cold air, or stops blowing air altogether?

Thats another thing, make sure your cabin air filter has been changed... I think lack of changing it is what is responsible for the blower motor going.

 

Check to see if the secondary electric cooling fan for the engine is working when the AC is on. There often burn out, and the AC will cut out when the engine gets warmer.
