I have an 02 A4, and every time I hit a bump i hear like a creeking noise from the back of my car. It is so annoying, is there anything I can do to get rid of noises like this? Also, when driving above like 85 you can feel a slight rumble, is that normal?

 

rumble over 85 could be anything from out of round tires to old tires to high performance tires to wheel bearings or differential/tranny, exhaust fitment. Rumbling is a pretty general description.. The creek in the back could be a bad shock or bushing.

Im pretty sure the creak is coming from the interior, maybe the leather rubbing against plastic maybe? I dunno. As for the rumble, I can feel the steering wheel rumble and the vibrations throughout the car are just inesified, its not very noticeable, but im paranoid about everything.
