could be cold air induction kit intake in that area so the noise could be normal

I put the hose back on, no problems.. But if it came off once, it'll come off again. Any ideas on how to keep it on there?

It's a plastic hose.. And it snuggles on there with like ino.. hard to see cause im working blind when I put it on there.. no room for hose clip
