Default overheating problem

ok so i took my 2.8 12v to manhatten for auto show, first time in stop and and go traffic cuz i just got the car last week. im in real bad traffic, stuck in one spot for like 30 minutes, all the sudden the needle on the oil temp goes a little over 200 and the other temp gauge starts rising, so i turn the car off and let it cool down while i wait in traffic, when it starts moving i turn it back on an it starts overheating again so i blast the heatand it worked, kept the heat on all the way home, another problem is that it takes forever to warm up like 15, 20 minutes of driving going like 40, 50 mph, dont know if thats normal, first audi.

You may have a small coolant leak of some sort.

I also have a 12v on similar days i can easly get the oil over 200 and the coolant temp more than half way witch in my car is around 215 witch is not that hot for these newer cars unless you see a coolant leak or are loosing fluid.
