Incorrect Flow

This is the code that advance auto parts gave me after they scanned the car. After I did a search on here I found that that is a air leak in the vaccum system. I found the leak where that yellow wire tie is in the picture. What is that thing and how do I clear the check engine light?

I just ordered one of those cables from AWE's web site. They have it in stock and will ship it out today. If anyone needs a scan that lives near the Mohnton, PA area just ask.

 

I'm pretty sure you need a new air pump and the combination valve that goes with it.

Man, That sounds like an expensive part.
