I was planning on using the trimgard, but it was way easier this way and if the rubber door molding doesn't hold up I can always easily replace w/ the trimgard.

 

Yeah its spray paint, and I think it would look good on a black car.

please tell me those arent altezzas i see....also its seems u have hit a few things with your lower in the front. lol. other than that the paint looks like an awasome match. as for us black audis we arent exactly your typical black, i think they call it black volcanic mica. its more of a blackish grey

 

hmm i want to see someone doing that to their black audi. That would be intresting to see how it came out. can any1 photo shop that?

 

Great job... I did mine also exept i did mine Pelican Blue to match the rest of the car. I also painted the grill with the same colour and it looks amazing. A lot nicer than before. You mentioned something about trimguards to replace the side moldings? What do they look like since i really hate the side moldings?

 

cukilo, you should post a pic of your grill, I was thinkin of doin the same thing. The trimgard is just 2" wide strips.

audihere, I was hopin no one would notice the taillights lol. Don't worry I'm workin on em. After I put the skidplate back on the front doesn't hang down like that.
