Just a quick question....is it possble to find a supercharger for my 93 Audi CS....ive been told that i could pull that off

Anything's possible, you might need a standalone though.

It can easily be mounted...if you have to mount it like the PES G1. I wouldn't use a lysolm or whatever it is they use. Cheap it out with an M90, or even an M45 if you have the skills to make the lower manifold. You can still mount it like a G1 but it would be more work with the M45. The M90 is simple and will make decent power.

 

No way is it going to happen economically. You'd be above S4 price.

 

ummmm first Why? Well because my 90 is a dream car of mine, and id like to turn it into a nice little sleeper if possible so if your going to post and all you can think of is Why.....dont bother :P Anyway thanks for all the advice I am looking into just swaping out the engine...and cost is not really a concern i have a few friends that are good with engines so i can just steal some of their garage time

 

Ok i'm not saying you can't do it but...

I've been around the 12 valve development forums for years. Hundreds of people just like you have jumped into this project and come out empty handed. The only person who claims to have a supercharger for your engine is Motodyne.com, and they are crooks. Many people have sent them money for the kit and recieved nothing. Just so you know. We even had a guy from Eaton who owned an Audi and tried this project. He gave up.

 

ok so ill just look at swapping the engine.....thanks for the advice...is much appriciated
