Agree with Dank. Most of what's down is traceable through ignition switch power.

 

Everything started working by itself again. WTF I dont understand how it can just do this I turned them on and off and they are back to normal. Any Suggestions..... also I my airbag light is on and I have fixed the problem but light needs to be turned off is it only the dealer that can do that? Another thing when I get gas the car takes a couple times to start but any other times its fine.... What would cause this. Check engine lights was on with large evao and small evap but I deleted the codes and they have yet to come back on does anyone have advice on this? Thanks everyone you have been a great help!

 

Chances are your combination switch is on the fritz. Count on it dying on you again. The burning smell may be the same thing that happened to mine - the sliding contact inside the switch housing melted down. As for the fueling problem, there's been a few posts about this recently and search should show something about it.

For your lights, if it happens again, there's a temporary fix you can do. I did it on my car about a month ago and it's still fine. Search my old posts for how to fix the combination switch - all you have to do is jumper two wires on the harness.

 

Has this happened again too your car again recently?? I'm dealing with this right now and about to switch out the combo switch as upstateNYA4 said.

 

No works fine now but I have smelt the burning smell which I believe was from the days before
