PROBLEMS WITH LIQUIDS HELP!
Yeah Dude, seriously get it changed. I'm doing mine as we speak (a little help needed in another post) but still, its better to save it while you still can. If you're going to check the level... you might as well drain the fluid and replace it.
+1
many times, a car in limp mode is due to rly bad tranny fluid. ur car should have a dipstick in the engine bay to check the level. i believe the engine oil one is orange or yellow and the tranny one is another color. there's only 2 dipsticks so u should be able to find it. and the tranny fluid should be redish or pinkish when u see it.
as for coolant, do not use any other but g12 from the stealership. and like evrybody else has been saying, flush it. i would flush it 2 times if i were u actually. putting any other coolant into an audi other than g12 is like drinking diluted bleach. it'll erode ur gaskets and hoses. o ya and i would put sum kind of radiator sealer or sumthing like that in there, but idk if the g12 is able to mix wid that stuff. hopefully mroe experienced ppl will read this and tell
