As far as xenon conversion goes...you can get a plug and play conversion kit from vvme.com for around $100.Installation is trivial; but it's technically illegal since the light output is too high for halogen reflectors. You'll have to buy projector housings (probably $300-$400 each) and have them properly leveled if you want to do this 'correctly.'
