Question

so i went to get an inspection and they told me i failed emissions the obd monitor read not ready to catalyst, oxygen sensor and EGR system but i have no engine light on and i ran my obd and its not throwing ne codes the guy said my system might need to be restarted should i just dissconnect the batt. or what should i do?
