question on 98.5

question on 98.5
whatsup yall.. this is def a newbie question but what are the main differences w 98 and 98.5? are they only minor cosmetic differences etc? what makes a 98.5 a 98.5 and how would u be able to determine one from a 98? same goes for 99/99.5. appreciate all/any help
