Default Rear caliper question

I changed my rear pads yesterday and when finished i noticed that my passenger side caliper moves in and out, with some but minimal force, whereas the driver side will not move at all. Furthermore i somtimes notice a kind of clicking or clunking noise when i first press my brake pedal. Is this a problem with the caliper or is somthing mabey loose? I checked all my bolts and they are all tight. Thanks for any help.

How did you retract the pistons? You might have popped it out of the seal...is there brake fluid leaking or anything?

I screwed them back in like you are supposed to, and i guess i should have clarified this but the caliper moves back and forth when it is on the car. The drivers side does not budge but the passenger side slides back and forth like if the caliper was engauging when the brakes are off and the car is just sitting.
