so i wanted to have all my recalls taken care of the other day and the dealership told me i couldnt because all the previous services are not recorded. should i try a different dealership? is this correct? ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh[:@]

 

pretty much every dealership will require proper service records before they perform any recall work

 

I just bought my car with 51k miles and no records, but my carfax said that the car was a lease turn in which pretty much means that the labor and work had to be done at the dealers. Do you think that Audi would have this on record somewhere?
