What is your max boost? Is it more than 20 lbs.? It shouldn't be.

You dont need a dealer or vag comto read fault codes and turn off CEL's. Autozone does that for free, as does many other shops that wont charge you an arm and a leg. You could buy a $30 code reader/clearer and do the same thing. If it goes into limp when youre pushing it in high rpms, its probably overboost. Try an N75 H valve. I switched back to the stock N75 recently and now I am going into limp mode when i push it too much in higher rpms. Too bad I broke the H valve when taking it out [:@]. I dont see how too stiff of a spring in the DV could cause overboost or anything that would cause limp mode.

If you get a code for a bad N75 valve make sure you check the connection first. It's pretty common for the wires on the connector to break underneath the rubber boot. Mine broke. I soldered it back together and they broke again.I just got a new connector and need to solder it in.
