Default Replace Flywheel

Is it necessary to replace the flywheel when putting in a new clutch? I ordered a new factory clutch and have the trans out right now. The old flywheel should be fine after I have it resurfaced but I don't know if it is supposed to be replaced since it is that dual mass BS?

LEt me know quick if you can.

I have seen the same thing, something to do with the dual mass setup. Not 100% positive if thats true or not.

I've been told the same thing. The dual mass flywheels can't be resurfaced. Just get a lightened steel one...its way cheaper than a stock Audi one (@$700).
