i was wondering how hard it is to change the wastegate on a k03 i know it is internal but is it a major pain to do?? any help would be great.

 

It is fairly simple if you are mechanically inclined. Basically you just have to remove the airbox, inlet pipe, exhaust manifold, loosen the cat bolts, undo a couple of oil/coolant lines and you are there. Takes about an hour to get off taking your time.
