Could it be that A4 is so much heavier, that's why the gain in power is not that strong with Revo? Like I still find it slow in pickup even with the Revo chip, I'm not sure if it's because I had my stock DV on when I did the trial version. Now that I replaced it with the TurboSmart 50/50 DV, maybe it'll make more difference. Do you guys think it's worth while to get the Revo chip?

I got it because I already have Revo on my GTI and I have the SPS3 that I can use to adjust timing and boost. I can't imagine that any other chip is going to be that much better.

Update: All my readiness codes are now "ready".

Hey JettaRedII,

How noticable is it before and after the Revo chip for you? Like does it give you a sense of pull when u floor it? I know that on VW cars, the Revo chip is very noticable, but not as strong on A4. I'm just thinking of the SPS1, but the trial version wasn't that impressive (maybe something wrong with my car). Is there much difference between trial vs actual version?
If you don't mind, can anyone please describe the before and after feeling?
Thanks!

I think you are going to have the same general impression. VWs are faster--lighter and FWD--when compared to quattro. It's not the same as chippng a GTI. However, it's better than stock and worth it if you want any improvement in hp. I feel it really strong in mid-range and top end. I'm still playing with boost and timing on my SPS3 to try to find a sweet spot. I may move the water injection off of the GTI and over to the A4. I think a larger IC would also help real world driving.
