SAT radio

Hello... I have a 2004 Audi A4, 3.0. The stereo has a SAT button and when I press it the display says "no sat radio". Does anyone know what I need to do? Do I need another receiver for XM that links with my current receiver?

maybe u dont have a subcription to the SAT radio

I believe you need the tuner, because in both of my cars, (I Have XM and Sirius) if you have the tuner, and just no subscription, they have a preview channel that tries to hook you into signing up, and they will constantly say "call this number to get hooked up" so if you dont have that. Im guessing you dont have the tuner
