should i go to the dealer?
at the time it seemed like my only option because i went to jiffy lube and they said they couldnt do audi's because theyll strip the bolt or some **** they told me to go to the inspection station, when i got there the guy had no idea what i was talking about.....******** prolly just didnt wanna do my car. anyway i went to an sts tire place and they said they dont do audis either, i didnt want to go to the dealer so this local garage mechanic with like 2 bays and no mini mart said hed do it in like an hour lol so i had him do it because i was tired of driving around. anywho it was like 28 bucks but now ill look around im almost due for another one[:'(]
ill look around for tie rods or whatever and take some pictures in a few hours when its dark to show you my messed up lights, ill take some of the tie rods as well when i figure out what they are....
my brothers friend fixed everything on his maxima and told me to bring mine down to long island and hell fix me up too..the only thing is i gotta figure out whats wrong first
and my car doesnt shift well either its like too loose can i turn some bolts to tighten up the feel or something? sorry this post was so long

OK Dalgo, I took some pics for you.
I didn't feel like dragging out my 3 ton jack because it weighs like 80 lbs, so I just took the pics sitting on the ground.
The one pic shows the plastic piece that goes under the car. Its not a great pic, but you can see that little flat piece of metal which is used to bolt that platic sheild onto the car. The plastic sheild attaches at the front onto the lip of the plastic bumper, at the rear using those thin metal strips, and also along the wheel well liner.
The other two pics show tie rod ends. One is a close up of the tie rod end. It is a little tough to tell, but that rubber boot is loose and needs to be replaced. You can reach in and wiggle it and tell that it isn't attached right. The second pic is from out a little further and you can see the tire and front fender. Squat down next to your wheel and poke your nose in the wheel well right up next to the tire. The tie rod is sitting at about 10 O'clock or so just behind the wheel. That pic was taken at an angle. Wiggle the boot around and make sure it is attached on both ends.
That sucks you had such a hard time finding a mechanic to work on the car. I would think that you could find one around, maybe a bigger place. Maybe you can ask around with your friends and see who they use. If you don't have any luck, then you will have to bite the bullet and go visit the dealer. You can always just have them check it out for a fee and then fix it somewhere else. A shop charges like $40 or so but the dealer will probably be more.
I don't know of any bolts to turn to affect the feel of your stick shift. Give some more detail on what you feel, what it is doing, and why you think there is something wrong with it.
Hope you find some of this helpful.

thanks homie i just took some pics as well.....as far as the shifting goes well its starting to get worse as time goes on...first is getting a little notchy but everytime i do shift its like im hurting the car...its just shitty its hard to explain...every other car ive driven (maxima, prelude, g35, tsi) has shifted much better i think it may be just audis and luxury cars but mine isnt even normal for audis...maybe my shift linkage is loose or something, also when in neutral i can move the shifter with my pinkie in a circle with a radius of an inch or so shouldnt it be tight enough so i couldnt do that?
when i shift and my brother is in the car he laughs and says it sounds/feels like the transmission is falling out of the car (joking of course but still) idk maybe one of you guys could drive it and tell me if its normal or not
ok anyways here are the pics
