Default So I'm about to pull the trigger on a 2012 A4...

Hi all, this would be the first time in a long long time that I buy used. For some reason it makes sense for me this time since my daughters who are learning to drive will share this car with me. But nonetheless it's a very frightening move.

I'm going to try the car tomorrow for the first time and I'll have to move on it quickly if I like it. So your tips on what to look for are welcome.

The good:
So I saw this 2012 A4 with S-Line package. Really sweet looking car
2.0T
Quattro
It's MANUAL (I only want manual transmission, I don't care for automatic!). They are hard to find in the right trim/color!
It is a lease end, only one owner
I got to take a look at it today BEFORE the dealer brought it in for the cosmetic job and inspection. I couldn't find any trace of mis-use. Barely a scratch, not even on the rims. I'll venture to guess that it belonged to an experienced, mature driver.
The previous owner had bought the pre-paid maintenance plan, so presumably it was properly maintained
Dealer says he'll get full maintenance records
CarProof record, no issues, not accidents reported
Dealer will sell it "certified" with a warranty up to 2 more years or 60,000 km (40K miles)
Did I mention is was a S-Line. That car looks amazing!

The bad:
Has close to 100,000km (60,000 miles). Is this too much?
The price: 23,000$ Canadian seems like a lot for a used car, but it is in line with prices in our area. Add another 2,000$ CAD for the warranty.

I hope to keep it at least 5 years and put another 120,000 Km (70k miles) on it. Will it be a money pit, and then will it be worthless in 5 years?

I also saw a non S-Line with only 57,000 km for roughly the same price. Not crazy about the non S-Line, but am I doing a dumb move trading 43,000 km for the sake of the S-Line...

Like I said, I'm looking for advise on what else to look for when I'll try the car tomorrow. And if you see anything wring with this picture and you can't help but stop me from doing a dumb move, please chime in!

Thanks!!!!
