when i get my sub i'll probably get a 10inch JL

 

I have a 10W7 in the HO box... and I don't have any dynamat... it isn't really an issue. This isn't a chrysler... rattles aren't a huge issue

Yeah it's the JL HO (high output) box... it's pretty killer.
I put people in my car... turn it up... and make them guess what I have...

The closest guess I have gotten was 2 10's... MOST people guess that I have 2 12's... It is a very versatile setup! I listen to mostly rock/punk/alternative... so I don't need much bass... but the W7 is pretty good for SQ as well... so I dig. :P

The JL W7 series use a ton of space. They also kick major ***. I have a 13w7 sitting in my basement right now. I'm still considering if I should throw it into my Pathfinder. The box I have wouldn't fit in my A4, so I put a 10w7 in it.

 

The guy who does the installs at the stereo shop I use has two 12W7's... each getting 1000 watts... it's gross.

That box is massive how many Cubic ft is that???

 

I don't know how many cubic feet it is Haha, it is optimized for the W7 though... they sell them as a single unit, if you want to buy it that way.

And I still have a trunk! Sort of... I have about a foot in front of the sub... so I can keep a bit of stuff there. I also have a roof rack if I really need to move something.
