fyi:
the spec stage 2 is $499 and is pure kevlar with a 330 torque max

the hd tz series from southbend is $395 and kevlar with a metal backing that allows for a 12,000 rpm bursting point but only a 290 torque max.

so does higher torque max mean better durability over the long run?
Means stiffer pressure plate (stiffer pedal) so yes and no. If you ever get into a KO4 wyth a good tune that 290TQ clutch will hate you on a hard launch. Spend the extra 100$ you'll be happy you did some day down the road........

If you don't have a ton of cash I would get the stage one then have it cryo'd. That will make any clutch last waaayyy longer under DD duties, plus it's less than 60$ to have it done.

My opinion i would go with the stage 3 OFE series cause it is a full face clutch kit and its about 450$

but capable for supporting plenty of power and launching..

be sure if u get it to tell them that you have stock flywheel not a light weight.

I do not like spec they have bad support and feedback and do not care for there customers... so y deal with them

thats my opinion
