how exactly do you measure out 22 foot-pounds when tightening the plug?

yes i know, but you cant actually measure the torque that you apply with a torque wrench, can you?

^^^^2.8audia4, what did you gap your plugs at when you installed them???

i bought them already gapped didnt have to gap them just threw them in

If you don't know what a torque wrench is, I'd suggest you learn about this invaluable tool before you do any work on your car.

The purpose of a torque wrench is that you can measure the amount of torque you are applying.
