Hey everyone. To introduce myself, I have been browsing the forum for a while for a friend of mine who has a 2001 A4. Anyways, the time has come and I am buying his car from him on Friday (he is in search of a 2001 S4). I would like an S4, but I have a Toyota Supra for my speed demon, and just need something for a daily driver/winter car. The A4 is a 5 spd. 1.8T.

Ok, to get on with the post, it has the stock xenon lights, but they are sh*t. With the fog lights off, you can barely see the road at night. I mean they are worse than having regular halogens. I have an aftermarket kit in my Supra, and have had it for 2.5 years now and have had no problems with it. I'm just wondering, do xenons fade when they are about to go out or something?? Also, if I need to replace the bulbs (which I'm hoping that is all), what is the bulb number for the xenons?

forgot to add, his headlights are not milky or fogged at all.

maybe the lights need to be adjusted. they could be pointing too much towards the ground.....
