Hey there guys...it a rainy day today, and my sunroof on my 99 a4 just opens and doesn't close all the way! if I turn the dial to "open" position, then it opens, but when I turn it all the way to "close" position, it only closes halfway. Also, when I turned my key, the sunroof opened on it's own...I don't know what's going on! please help me anyone...thanks in advance.

 

Bad switch most likely.

 

Try spraying the switch wit RadioShack contact cleaner.

Been covered alot in the past, but not lately... Deffinately clean the switch with contact cleaner..

O and arif i still have your contact cleaner.. ill give it back to you if you hand over the BT
