sunroof question

when i put the sunroof up it goes upand down but when i try to slide it back it goes back not even an inch and you can hear the motor wine. any ideas maybe its off the track.

You would need to grease it first which may require taking it out. Audi recommends it to be greased every 15,000 miles. It could be off track.

could i grease it without taking it out is that possible and maybe can i spray it with wd 40
