I have the same issue on my Audi A4 Avant 2010.
When I hit the open switch, the sunshade does not open anymore and I can only hear some slight click.
Anyone here that managed to get this issue fixed and can share some hints?

Did anyone find a solution to this? My 2011 s4 avant just started doing this. Just hear a click when pressing the open button. Sunroof is fine.

 

I have the same issue with the electric sunshade. Roof still opens/tilts/closes etc above the shade. I used the key in the door lock, holding it in the open position which opens all the windows and tilts the sunroof. The sunshade opened during this time. When I use the internal roof button to close the roof, the sunshade stays open. I can shut it only by using the key in the lock again, holding in the lock position and the shade closes. So can’t be an issue with the motor or alignment on rails. Any ideas?!
