it took me about 2 hours to connect the testpipe to the rest of the exhaust. its a b-tch. then you have to deal with about how to get rid of that CEL. i did the non foulers still got CEL. the ecu reads that i have a bad cat convert.

 

well i would put the cat back in for the emissions test. 2 hours does not seem that bad. I had a trans am and i had longtube headers so I had to pull those on and off. sounds like it would only be bad the first couple of times. would CEL clear if i were to put the stock cat back in and reset the comp?

 

i dont see a reason why it should not unless the o2 sensor is burned out.
