Is there anyway to check to see if your chip is still programmed?
Got a stage II MTM chip in my car and was curious to see if there was any tests to see if it was still working or programmed.
i took it in to a dealer and the cruise wasn't working. they had to recode the EMC to accept the cruise control. I just wanted to see if there was a way to tell if they messsed with the chip..

hey, i'd say prolly the easiest test would be the rev limiter (if increased with chip), see if it's back to stock (redline) or stil revs up to xxxxrpm like it did with the chip
I dont get it, how long did you have the car before you took it in?? You should be able to notice if its working or not by the way it drives, especially with a stage II.
See if you can hit the speed governer. For a long time, I thought my car was chipped when I bought it (bought it from a generic used car dealer). Then one night when the roads were empty on 280, my friend and I decided to see how fast I can get it with my "chip". When it only made it to 134 @6000rpms in 5th gear, I knew it wasn't chipped. Probably not the most responsible way to see if your car is chipped, but it worked.
