i was thinking of getting these headlights, but for the 97's it says you need to make some kind of modification, has anyone gotten this kind of light and done the modification? if so what is it?

Should i get these lights?

 

have similar ones but with chrome backaround. but when i bought mine i did notice that some required mod. and others didnt. search around, you can find a set that doesnt require mod. i have 98 but shouldnt make a difference

To each his own but they belong on bimmers and ricer civics IMO. Remember you get what you pay for.

and you will have to trim the fender to fit.. thats that they meant by "modify"

You should get an M3 spoiler instead of those headlights.
