Have been offered a 2003 A4 (non-turbo) with 76,000 km's for about $21,000 Canadian. Have these proven to be reliable cars, are there any problems or reoccuring problems, such as electrical, engine, transmission, etc...? Does anyone know what the original warranty was and if they were transferable? Thanks very much in advance. Did a quick search while some other questions were answered, these weren't.

You can't really do a useful direct comparison... with direct conversions... BUT

It's like 18160 US dollars and about 47K miles.

So I am guessing that car is the 3.0? It is already a good price... even for a 1.8T... for a 3.0 that is a very good price. Is it 6 spd? Sport pkg? Xenons? Any of those are really just icing... but yes... 21K for 76000 kms on an 03 A4 is a great deal.

They are reliable cars.. but B6's seem to eat lightbulbs like candy... signal bulbs, brake light bulbs... good times.
