throttle body servicing

i got a code to service the throttle body. It is going to cost me about a 100 dollars to bring it to somebody. How can i do it myself and how much would it cost to do it myself

Whats the code?
What engine. Just remove the throttle body and clean it with brake clean. Its easy if its a 1.8. The v6s are harder.

Just have the code cleared at autozone and see if it comes back.
