Well, it happened to me 2 weeks ago, it wasnot at idle, but I was just pulling out so like 15-20mph.
My mechanic friend took the head off, I had to order 8 exhaust valves with guide and seals, and head gasket set as well, It's about 200$, + 180$ timing belt kit, + labor costs. So we will see...

Did you actually check the valves? Even at idle the pistons have plenty of force to bend a valve. So im hoping that you actually took of the heads and checked the pistons and valves. If not, you could be causing more damage in the long run
