I noticed on other cars your able to stay in gear when in tipmode.. what i mean is 1st, will go to the redline and bounce off the limiter.. and so on.. well mine decideds to change gears automiatically.. which isnt any fun! I would love to be able to stay in a gear and hold it for as long as i could. Is there a way to VAG- it out, or to disable that somewhere??

but why would u really wanna hold it that long anyways
ur not gonna go any faster stuck at 1 gear

 

i know what your saying, i like to play in the rain, and it sucks when it starts to slide and then changes to 2nd/3rd and your suddenly corrected to quickly.. or that i could just play with it.. lol..maybe should have got a manual!!!

 

easiest way ive heard of correcting this problem would be transmission swap to a5 speed manual.

 

hmmm i understand u man rain is fun but thats why i got mine is a manual...sell it and buy one in stick cause a swap out cost u some serious$$$$$$
